5 Major Differences Between Glass Bottle Production by Manual Machine and Row Machine

There are two processes in production of Glass wine bottles: Process by manual machine and row machine.The produced glass bottles have certain differences and you can refer to the following points when distinguishing.

1. Mould Line of bottle mouth accords with mould line of glass bottle body; that is, they keep in a straight line. While they are not necessarily in a straight line if produced by the manual machine.

2. The cooling pattern on the bottom of the glass bottle is clearly produced by the printing machine, while the manual machine is not clear or obvious.

3. Since the manual machine is water-cooled, and the assembly line process is air and wind cooling, the finish of the glass bottle body produced by the row machine is smoother and more uniform than that of the manual machine, the bottle wall is clear, and the transparency is strong.

4. Put a few glass bottles together, the bottles in the assembly line process look neat, even the angle of reflection is the same.

Generally speaking, the production process of the glass bottle process line is much better than the glass bottle produced by the manual machine. It can adapt to the automatic production of various filling and sealing machines.
